The Hierarchy of Consciousness
The pathway of activity in wakefulness is actively intertwined with variety of stages before eventual manifestation for participation among humans. Apparently, nature of cognition has appeared to pose a difficult task in the area of comprehending how memory maintains consistency and sanity throughout wakeful life and not when unconscious or in dream state. ‘Consciousness’ or what we humans invariably refer to as ‘life’ is divided into stages and these stages have independent roles that they play in reality. Taking cognizance of the fact that objective life is based on memory and perception, it is however important to note that subjective life is proactively lacking in these two ingredients that makes up the reality of dream state.
